So back in April we starting hatching eggs, here is the post about that. On May 6th two little chicks hatched. It was crazy. The first one no one even got to see come out and it came in the morning. The second one hatched during RRR's birthday party. It was craziness to say the least. The kids have had a blast with it though. From turning the eggs four times a day to now cleaning up after the chicks and giving them water and food everyday. I refuse to clean up after any more poop! The dog is enough! So JM and the kids have really taken to taking care of the chicks, I'm grateful. So we think we have one boy and one girl chick! They are called, Birdy and Chick.
