Oh how he loves them! It was a great party that the kids and I threw for JM. They each gave him a shoe and so he has a new pair of shoes. This is significant because if you know JM, you know he has been wearing the same shoes to work for the last four years and would not by himself a new pair because there were other things we needed before he got a new pair of shoes! So the kids each wrapped a shoe to give him and they were so excited to see him wear them! The kids also picked out their own cards for him and wrote in it for him and here you can see how much he loves these two kids. I love it. And now we are all becoming a year older and it is sad in a way because the kids are growing up and life seems to be moving fast but it is also exciting because life is great in the presence of God.
JM thank you for your love and guidance for our family. Thank you for leading us closer to God. Thank you for challenging us to seek God on our own and to make our relationship with Christ our very own and stronger. You are an incredible man and I am grateful for you. Thank you for going to work everyday and coming home ready to be with us. Thank you for your amazing endurance and for moving forward in what God has called you to be. We support you and love you.
