Her Flowers....

It's tradition that we give RRR flowers on her birthday. When she was born my mom gave her flowers in a little boot that I have had since I was born. From that day my mom said it's your turn. Your turn to give the flowers. See, my mom had given me flowers on my birthday every year since I can remember. When I got married she passed that on to JM and he has given me flowers every year from that day. The tradition is that JM and I keep that going. Every year she has gotten flowers from us at school or at home (if she was not in school). This year was the first year of getting them at her "big" school. She was surprised and beaming I am sure when they where delivered to her class room. I loved it. With camera in hand I waited for her to come out the door holding her flowers with a huge smile. Thanks mom for this wonderful tradition.
