Incredible

This summer was fun, challenging and a bit scary at times. Although I have told my kids time and time again that we have no monsters in the house sometimes I feel like there are. The ones that stick me in a corner and shut me down. Ever since that scary day of our car accident it has been difficult to shine. Spending a lone time just quite is scary. Everything that was is not and what could be I just not sure. Normal? My kids and husband help me to be just that. Caleb and and Rebekah have been so amazing to watch and listen to this summer. Thanks to Ashee we have all fall in love with childhood again. See them interact, learn, grow and so many other things is just so amazing. They are 2 and 4 and they are my thing 1 and thing 2.

My favorite, it is 830pm and RRR is a sleep and I am standing in the hall listening to make sure all is OK. Caleb opens his door and says "psst, mommy, psst, psst...." I say "yes Caleb", he says in a hushed voice "there are monsters in my bedroom and and lay down with me" So I pick him up, pray that Jesus be with him and thank God that there are no monsters in our house or in Caleb's bedroom , give Caleb a BIG HUG and a TINY KISS and lay him down to sleep". He slept all night.
